THE OPPORTUNITY: VICE PRESIDENT, FUND DEVELOPMENT Big Brothers Big Sisters of Canada (BBBSC) is seeking a Vice President, Fund Development to lead all fund development activities to secure funding to deliver on our ambitious new Strategic Plan as well as the direct marketing, communications and brand strategy to support these activities.

As a successful candidate, you bring passion, purpose and commitment to igniting the power and potential of young people across Canada through mentorship.

Reporting to the CEO, the Vice-President, Fund Development will build and oversee an innovative multi-year, multi-channel strategy and lead a talented team to achieve revenue targets and manage a pipeline of major donors.

Success in this role will require balancing national leadership with a cooperative approach that builds trust, alignment, and shared ownership across BBBSC’s nationwide network of local agencies who serve over 31,000 youth in Canada.
