This role focuses on business acceptance testing, requirements analysis, user stories, data mapping, and end-to-end validation while partnering with business and technical teams.

Must Haves 2 to 5 years of progressive experience as a Business & Systems Analyst.

Business acceptance testing.

Skilled in test planning/execution and understanding the outcomes.

Experience with technology and the ability to self-learn software.

Knowledge of relevant business,



processes, systems, and capabilities.

Good understanding of privacy, compliance, control, and security requirements.

Comfortable leveraging AI tools Proficient with Excel Nice to Have Experience in supporting customer facing operations is an asset.

Bilingual French/English is an asset.

Knowledge of financial services industry is an asset.

Knowledge of Group Advantages and Group Medical Underwriting is an asset.
