Our Montreal based client is seeking an experienced SAP Application Management Services (AMS) Manager to join their team on a full time permanent basis.

The ideal candidate should have 7 years of relevant SAP experience, including significant SAP delivery experience and demonstrated experience in SAP Application Managed Services (AMS) developing accounts, along with practical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and familiarity with the RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP models; strong knowledge of ITIL-aligned incident, problem, and change management practices and SLA governance.

This will be a fully work from home setting.

Key Responsibilities: Support renewals, client satisfaction, and retention by maintaining visibility into contractual terms, scope evolution, and consumption, and by preparing the required supporting data and action plans with the sales teams.

Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned clients, owning relationships at both operational and management levels while maintaining an executive sponsor connection for each account.

Understand each client’s business priorities, operational calendar, and roadmap so that service decisions take business issues into account not just tickets.





Oversee day-to-day service delivery by planning activities, assigning tickets, coordinating resources, and resolving issues to meet SLAs and SLOs.

Experience coaching and developing consultants, including providing feedback, performance management, and skills development.

Assets and Nice-to-Have Qualifications: Experience transitioning clients from SAP S/4HANA go-live into a stable AMS model, and evolving an engagement beyond reactive support toward continuous improvement.

Hands-on experience delivering AI-enabled services, structured knowledge management, and tools such as SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Solution Manager, or a comparable solution.

Experience working with Canadian mid-market clients, particularly in consumer goods, retail, or asset-intensive industries such as metals and mining. ITIL 4 Foundation or equivalent certification. SAP certification in a functional or technical S/4HANA area. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.

French Proficiency.

Bachelor’s degree required; a degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred.

Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
