Description: Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the Finance Specialist is responsible for overseeing the bookkeeping of the company and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, laws, standards, and company policies.

Job Duties: The duties of this position include, but are not limited to: Knowledge of full cycle bookkeeping Managing interfaces between ERP and accounting system (Net

Suite/ Business Central) Credit card administration, reconciliations, posting and accrual.

Posting of recurring entries Reconciliations of multiple bank accounts Reconciliations of prepaids and accruals AP support when required.

Vendor creation and Invoice processing Assist with sessional and year end closing.

Completing Ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Other duties as assigned Education and Experience Required: Successful completion of post-secondary education in accounting, Finance is required.

Minimum years of experience working in an accounting role.

Prior experience with ERP systems; Oracle Net

Suite or Business central experience is an asset.

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.





Proficiency in MS Office, with the ability to create accurate excel spreadsheets and pivot tables.
