You will provide vital support in navigating challenging employee conversations, performance management, and promoting a safe work setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Guide managers on employee relations and performance challenges
• Conduct investigations for workplace incidents and employee exits




• Support WorkSafeBC claims and return-to-work planning
• Deliver informative sessions on People & Safety matters
• Analyze workforce metrics to enhance People & Culture practices

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• Minimum four years of HR experience
• Knowledge of BC employment legislation
• Experience with workplace health and safety
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
