Indigo Books & Music is seeking an Online Billing and Support Agent to assist Customers, Stores and Customer Service via phone, live chat and email with account and order concerns, refunds and billing inquiries. The role includes recovering failed settlements and providing timely order updates.
The ideal candidate has robust communication, attention to detail, and at least 2 years of customer service experience, with Excel knowledge and cross-team collaboration skills.
