COBS Bread in Canada is seeking a Senior Baker to lead daily baking operations, mentor junior bakers, and uphold our freshness and customer satisfaction standards. You will manage production and collaborate with management to continually improve processes.
You will train staff, ensure cleanliness and food safety, and help run an efficient, high-quality bakery that serves the local community. This is a full time, on-site role with room for growth.
