Additionally, you'll collaborate with teams to create compelling proposals and engage with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow major donor relationships in Vancouver
• Identify and solicit family foundation donors




• Lead efforts to engage regional volunteers
• Develop customized proposals for priority UNICEF programs
• Create annual stewardship plans for high-value donors

Requirements:
• University degree or related diploma required
• 5-7+ years in major gifts fundraising
• Exceptional relationship management skills
• Experience with Raiser’s Edge or similar CRM
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
