In this essential role, you will provide comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of quality care in a medical inpatient setting. You will also mentor Undergraduate Nursing Employees to foster competence in nursing practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver direct patient care across a variety of conditions
• Administer and evaluate nursing services and care plans




• Lead health promotion initiatives and patient education
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for comprehensive care
• Conduct health assessments and coordinate patient resources

Requirements:
• Completion of accredited nursing education program
• Eligible for registration with College of Registered Nurses of Alberta
• Current BCLS-HCP certification
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Solid communication and leadership skills
