As an HR Generalist, you will provide essential support to leaders and employees in the Great Lakes Division. Your responsibilities will include facilitating HR training, coaching managers, and ensuring compliance with company policies. You will play a crucial role in enhancing organizational effectiveness while maintaining our core operating values: Safety, Integrity, and Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide HR generalist support to the Great Lakes Division
• Partner with leaders for strategic HR solutions
• Facilitate HR training sessions for employees




• Support the collective bargaining process
• Manage HR documentation and employee records

Requirements:
• University degree or college diploma in HR or related field
• 3-5 years of HR experience, with union experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to travel up to 35% within Southwestern Ontario
