We are seeking a Workday Analyst to join the HRIS Team in a major construction business. You will utilize your expertise in Workday configuration, reporting, and security to support various HR modules including HCM, Benefits, and Recruiting. Collaborating closely with HR stakeholders, you'll translate business needs into effective technological solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day Workday support and troubleshooting
• Configure and maintain HR business processes and workflows
• Support modules like Recruiting, Talent, and Benefits




• Partner with HR stakeholders on business requirements
• Build and enhance Workday reports and dashboards

Requirements:
• 2-5 years of HRIS experience, specifically with HCM
• Proven experience in Workday module configuration
• Skilled in creating advanced Workday reports and dashboards
• Strong collaborative mindset to engage with stakeholders
• Capacity to work both onsite and in a hybrid mode
