You will investigate and negotiate significant claims, contact various stakeholders, and support your colleagues with coaching and technical guidance. Your innovative approach will enhance operational efficiency while ensuring clients receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate and settle complex bodily injury claims
• Contact claimants and legal representatives for claims resolution
• Manage intricate files involving litigation and ADR
• Coach and train claims team members effectively
• Deliver outstanding client service in accordance with standards
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of bodily injury claims experience
• Post-secondary degree or diploma required
• Chartered Insurance Skilled (CIP) designation
• Provincial adjuster license required, as per province
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly
