Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of clients.
Understand client needs and objectives, ensuring successful adoption and utilization of products/services.
Proactively identify opportunities for client growth and expansion.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client escalations and concerns.

Requirements Proven experience in client success , account management, or a related customer-facing role.
