Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Project Manager to join our construction team. In this role, you will support project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure timely delivery of construction projects. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to facilitate smooth project workflows. Responsibilities Assist in developing project schedules.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to support accurate project execution
Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to track procurement, deliveries, and resource allocation
Support project managers in tracking progress, updating schedules, and preparing reports on project status.
Contribute to maintaining accurate records of project documentation, change orders,



and daily logs.
Assist in ensuring safety standards are followed on-site by reviewing safety protocols and conducting site inspections.
Qualifications Basic understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction drawings.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
Construction experience or internship experience is highly desirable; a background in civil or construction management is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
