dcbel is seeking an HR operations qualified to support the entire employee journey, from onboarding to payroll. You will maintain employee data in BambooHR, assist with recruitment, and coordinate training and engagement initiatives.
The role requires a university degree in HR or related field, 3+ years of HR experience, and bilingual English/French. Knowledge of BambooHR and ATS is a plus, with SHRM/CHRP considered an asset.
