Four Seasons Toronto is seeking an Assistant Bar Manager to lead the d|bar team in a luxury hotel setting. You will oversee service across meals, coach FOH staff, manage scheduling, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
You will drive beverage sales, refine cocktail and wine programs, and collaborate with Culinary and Bar leadership on promotions. A passion for hospitality and solid English communication are essential for success in this role.
