Indero, a CRO specialized in clinical trials, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to partner with hiring managers in attracting top talent across North America. You will manage full-cycle recruiting, shape the talent strategy, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
The role offers work from home anywhere in Canada or from Montreal headquarters, with occasional travel to the office. You will develop sourcing plans, drive employer branding, and provide analytics to HR partners.
