Job Description The Multimedia Design Manager is responsible for managing the Graphic Design team for the Canada Region Marketing Team and driving the development of high-quality visual communications that strengthen the organization’s brand and strategic marketing objectives.

This is a new position.

Reporting to the Marketing Director/Strategic Marketing Lead – Canada Region, this role oversees the planning, creation, and execution of multimedia, graphic design, and digital content initiatives across a variety of platforms.

The Multimedia Design Manager provides creative and operational leadership, manages team performance, workload and resources, ensures brand consistency and quality, and collaborates closely with internal stakeholders to prioritize and deliver cutting-edge and impactful visual solutions.

The role also drives efficient creative workflows, stays current with emerging technologies and AI, and supports the continuous improvement of creative processes and capabilities across the team.
