This role focuses on identifying analytics opportunities, developing AI-enabled solutions, and delivering actionable insights using Python, SQL, large language models, and AI automation technologies.

The team is exposed to emerging AI tools and technologies supporting high-visibility initiatives across the organization.

and large language models Experience delivering AI automation and generative or agent-based AI solutions Stakeholder management within business-facing analytics initiatives Post-secondary education Nice to Have Previous experience within a financial institution Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Automate Responsibilities Partner with the business to identify and assess AI, automation, and analytics opportunities Design, prototype, test, and implement solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and related technologies Translate business requirements and manual processes into AI-enabled agents and automated workflows Conduct process and data exploration to evaluate feasibility, data readiness, risks, controls, and expected value Manage assigned initiatives through requirements gathering, solution design, testing, documentation, implementation, and user adoption Provide data analysis and actionable insights for ongoing and ad hoc business needs Collaborate with business and control partners to support compliance with AI, data, risk, privacy, and governance requirements
