The Technical Servies Coordinator will report to the Department Lead and the Manager of Engineering Services to act as a technical liaison between OMNI PRECAST and its clients. They will work with clients in determining product requirements, coordinating project schedules, and ensuring deadlines are met in a timely manner. They will provide accurate, timely, and relevant information to clients striving for continued satisfaction.

They recognize that effective communication and collaboration with others is a critical success factor and are governed by decisions that protect and promote the best interest of the company.

Work is governed by company policies and procedures, as well as CSA, and/or CPCI standards and specifications, project specifications, and generally accepted principles of engineering.

Responsibilities and Tasks

- Track and oversee projects from initial quotation to product installation
- Communicate with general and site contractors, consulting engineers, and external sales representatives throughout the sales process
- Perform detailed material quantity take-offs
- Prepare plant shop drawings for manufacturing




- Prepare product proposal drawings for specifier approvals
- Technical liaise with product end users and product specifiers

Interpersonal, Communication Skills: The position requires excellent verbal communication skills to effectively work in a team environment and engage with customers regarding upcoming and ongoing projects. Collaboration skills when implementing changes and improvements; well developed computer skills to produce manufacturing drawings and maintain required records. Communicate effectively with management and relevant personnel to maintain a positive and cooperative work environment.

Physical Demands

Close attention to detail applied when performing tasks, and active participation and concentration when communicating with management, and relevant production personnel.

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
