In this full time role, you will report to the Supervisor of Parks Development. You are expected to prepare park and landscape designs while managing budgets and timelines. Your initiatives will directly enhance Whitby's community spaces and ensure adherence to sustainable design practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare park and landscape design plans and budgets
• Oversee development projects from concept to completion
• Liaise with Town Departments and external agencies
• Facilitate public engagement sessions on project designs




• Conduct research on designs, trends, and materials

Requirements:
• Degree in Landscape Architecture with 4 years of experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management software
• Registered with the Ontario Association of Landscape Architects
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Valid driver's license and planning for public meetings
