In this full-time role based in Oshawa, you will lead a committed team to develop key performance indicators and ensure quality improvement frameworks are effective. Collaborate with various stakeholders to align initiatives with DCHC's vision and community health needs while also promoting data accuracy and integrity across operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive performance measurement frameworks
• Design and report key performance indicators
• Oversee data governance for accuracy and usability




• Support organization-wide quality improvement initiatives
• Provide training on performance methodologies

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field; Master’s preferred
• 5+ years in enterprise performance and quality improvement
• Proven experience in leading data-driven initiatives
• Solid analytical and communication skills
• Full COVID-19 vaccination required
