Welcome to Canada's Castle on the Coast. The Empress Hotel, Victoria, BC, is seeking a Stewarding Leader to supervise kitchen and back-of-house teams, ensuring top-tier cleanliness and safety standards.
You will oversee dishwashing, inventory control, and cost management while collaborating with Culinary, F&B;, Banquet, and Engineering to support daily operations and events. The role requires 3–5 years in stewarding with solid leadership, food safety knowledge, and budgeting experience.
