The Care Company seeks compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) for casual community nursing. This role allows you to manage a wide-ranging caseload while delivering skilled nursing care in multiple service areas including Central and Central East Ontario. Your responsibilities will highlight your clinical expertise, working independently while supporting clients' healthcare needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Manage caseload and collaborate with healthcare team members
• Provide skilled nursing interventions at clients' homes
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs
• Educate clients and caregivers on health management
Requirements:
• Active registration with College of Nurses of Ontario
• CPR and First Aid certifications required
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Experience in community nursing preferred
