As a key member of our dedicated team, you will help individuals navigate behavioral challenges while promoting their health and well-being. This position requires a minimum two-year diploma, experience in trauma-informed practices, and strong communication skills. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to develop supportive strategies and implement care plans for each resident.

Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in assessments and goal-setting for individuals
• Maintain accurate documentation on progress and care plans




• Ensure individuals' safety and physical needs are met
• Drive and accompany clients to appointments and events
• Facilitate recreational and educational activities

Requirements:
• Minimum two-year diploma or equivalent experience
• Proven ability working with behavioral support needs
• Certifications in First Aid and CPR (will train)
• Valid BC Class 5 Driver's License
• Knowledge of relevant care approaches
