Our client, a leading Canadian bank, seeks an Operations Officer for a 12-month contract (renewable). The role requires weekly in-office work at the Toronto office and entails governance, reporting, and team leadership in procurement operations.
Key duties include managing chatbot operations, implementing policy compliance frameworks, operating procurement tech, and producing KPI dashboards. You will mentor staff, drive process improvements, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
