Temporary - Customer Care Representative (up to 12 Months) JOB POSTING # C14-26 Application Deadline: Until Suitable Candidate is found Wages: $34.49 – $36.91 per hour What You Will Do: This is a temporary, full-time position with a contract term of up to 12 months.

In this full time unionized position of Temporary Customer Care Representative , you will play an essential role within our Corporate Services & Stakeholder Relations team.

Current hours of work are work shifts scheduled between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Analyzing and responding to telephone calls, inquiries and requests from both internal and external customers and government agencies; Generating and dispatching appropriate service orders to field personnel; Creating and maintaining appropriate records of customer comments, feedback, and payment arrangements in the applicable system; Receiving and processing natural gas emergency calls from customers and/or emergency services; Maintaining working relationships with Settlement, Band and Reserve administration; Maintaining call answer levels to comply with Alberta Utilities Commission requirements and; Providing after hours on call coverage.





What You Will Bring: Required qualifications: Business related Certificate from a recognized post-secondary institution; Minimum of two years’ experience in a call center/telephone customer service environment; and Specific call center agent or customer service training.

Preferred skills and qualifications: Strong keyboarding skills; Excellent spoken and written communication skills; and Ability to multi-task and work effectively in an environment of constant pressure to meet deadlines and emergencies.
