Now Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise Service

Now solutions.

Project Description: The successful candidate will combine strong hands-on development expertise with architecture experience to deliver scalable, secure, and sustainable Service

Now capabilities that support business and operational objectives.

This role will play a key part in ongoing platform evolution, integration activities, and onboarding new services into the Service

Now within a classified workplace.

Must Haves: Service

Now Development/Architecture (3+ years) Secret Clearance Responsibilities: Design, develop, configure, and maintain Service

Now applications, workflows, and custom solutions.

Develop and customize platform components using Java

Script, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer, and Service Catalog functionality.

Design and implement integrations between Service





Now and external enterprise systems using APIs and web services.

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.

Provide technical architecture guidance and support platform governance, standards, and best practices.

Lead ongoing platform architecture and enhancement initiatives to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Support the onboarding of new business units, services, and processes into the Service

Now environment.

Produce solution designs, technical documentation, and architecture artifacts.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform, application, and integration issues.

Evaluate new Service

Now capabilities and recommend improvements to support organizational growth and modernization initiatives. 5 days a week onsite at Star Top, Ottawa.
