Restore Mobility Physio & Wellness is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Clinic Administrator to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team.

We operate clinics in Chilliwack and Langley, BC, providing physiotherapy, massage therapy, kinesiology, acupuncture, and other rehabilitation and wellness services.

The Clinic Administrator will support day-to-day front desk and clinic operations, including patient communication, appointment scheduling, billing, insurance-related administrative tasks, and general clinic coordination.

What we’re looking for: ● Medical Office Administration students or recent graduates are welcome to apply ● Strong communication and customer service skills ● Professional, organized,
