We are hiring Technical Support Agents!!! If you have a technical background in mining, electrical, instrumentation, or a related trade and are comfortable working with modern mining technology, this could be a great opportunity for you.

The successful candidate will provide technical support in an underground mining environment while working alongside technicians, technologists, engineers, and production personnel.

Work in areas including mine surveying, ventilation, and mine systems.

Carry out measurements, calculations, designs, and inspections.

Perform in-field troubleshooting and problem-solving.

Work closely with technicians, technologists, engineers, and production personnel.

Incorporate contemporary technology and instrumentation into daily tasks.

Support the use of automated controls, mobile devices, UAVs, and other modern mining technologies.

Perform other duties as assigned.



CANDIDATES MUST BE LOCAL TO TIMMINS.

What you need: Technician or Technologist diploma in Mining, Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related trade.

Advanced computer skills with an emphasis on Excel, CAD, and databases.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience with 3D modelling, simulation, and automation software is nice to have.

Comfortable working with modern mining technology and instrumentation.
