Our financial services client is seeking a Vendor Manager IV (8+ years of experience) to lead strategic sourcing engagements using technology procurement and supplier negotiation Join a sourcing team supporting complex technology procurement initiatives within a major banking environment.

This role manages sourcing engagements from onboarding through renewals, order forms, and SOW completion across technology categories including infrastructure, network services, cloud, data centers, and storage.

The position offers exposure to enterprise stakeholders, vendor management, and supplier negotiations in a highly regulated environment.

This prospect supports long-term sourcing initiatives with visibility across procurement and technology teams.

and deal structures Experience in a highly regulated environment supporting procurement and supplier engagements Strong understanding of contract terms , supplier risk considerations, and procurement lifecycle requirements Post-secondary education is an asset Nice to Have Supply chain certifications Banking, financial services, or healthcare industry experience Experience with procurement tools such as Ariba and Coupa Responsibilities Develop sourcing pipelines and category strategies for assigned technology categories Lead supplier evaluation and supplier selection activities Drive RFx, supplier negotiation, and deal structuring activities Support sourcing engagements through onboarding, renewals, order forms, and SOW execution Partner with vendor management to align on supplier risk and agreement readiness Recommend sourcing process improvements that enhance efficiency and control effectiveness Present research findings and sourcing recommendations to management and business stakeholders
