Pacific Fertility in Burnaby, BC is hiring a New Patient Scheduler for a full-time, in office role. You will greet patients, coordinate appointments across multiple physicians, and guide new patients through intake with warmth and professionalism.
The position offers a comprehensive benefits package, four weeks of vacation, and a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a focus on patient experience and smooth clinic operations.
