This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of the gym, ensuring exceptional member experience, operational efficiency, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of gym operations, including front desk, sales, and fitness departments.
Manage gym staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
Drive membership sales and retention strategies to meet revenue targets.
Ensure the facility is clean, well-maintained, and equipped to the highest standards.
Implement and manage promotional campaigns and member engagement initiatives.




Monitor operational budgets and control expenses effectively.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in gym management or fitness facility operations.
Proven track record in sales, member retention, and budget management.
