EllisDon is seeking a Proposals Coordinator to lead proposal management, coordinating with Sector Leaders, Technical Leads and SMEs to ensure timely, accurate submissions. You’ll proofread, copy-edit and guide the layout of response materials to meet branding and compliance standards.
The role requires 2–5 years in proposals, solid writing ability, and proficiency with Word, PowerPoint and InDesign. This on-site position offers growth within a diverse, inclusive team.
