Lifemark Health Group is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to deliver evidence-based OT services to clients in Wallaceburg, Ontario. The role involves assessments, equipment recommendations, and education, within a multidisciplinary team across long-term care settings.
The candidate should be registered in Ontario, with 1–3 years of OT experience; current grads are welcome. A valid license, vulnerable sector screening, and TB clearance are required.
