This position requires a dedicated individual responsible for delivering holistic support at Bethesda Place in Steinbach. As a temporary Chaplain, you will engage with a multicultural patient population, working alongside diverse faith traditions. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong initiative, balancing independent judgment and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide pastoral care in times of crisis and need
• Offer spiritual support to patients and their families
• Assess and prioritize care needs for effective support




• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient welfare
• Facilitate connections with community clergy as required

Requirements:
• Minimum two basic units of Clinical Pastoral Education
• Master’s degree from a recognized Theological Seminary
• Member of the Canadian Association for Spiritual Care
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and insured vehicle
• Robust ability to respect cultural diversity and confidentiality
