Our public sector client requires a Senior Change Manager to analyze and recommend approaches for the renewal of current financial and human resources processes .

The resource will communicate with the Project Director, Project Manager and other stakeholders to gain support and buy-in for analysis, approaches and recommendations.

Responsibilities: Identify risks associated with proposed options, and develop/maintain risk management action plans; Make observations and recommendations to optimize and align the objectives of the project or renewal with Departmental priorities.





Documenting stakeholder needs and conducting stakeholder analysis; Developing a Stakeholder Impact Assessment for each of the options to refresh processes and systems; Developing a change management and communications strategy for the project; Supporting project communications to internal stakeholders; Creating presentations and presenting to various stakeholders Providing support for the development of the project business case, roadmap and procurement options; and Conducting or participating in senior level briefings Must have: Change Management certification Experience reporting to CEO, CIO, ADM or DG Nice to have: SAP experience Working in a decentralized setting
