This role supports end-to-end network performance initiatives across Nokia RAN, Net

Act, OSS tools, KPI analysis, and advanced troubleshooting activities.

The position includes optimization work across VoLTE, VoNR, NSA/SA 5G architectures, mobility, coverage, and capacity initiatives within multi-vendor RAN environments.

and carrier aggregation Drive test analysis using Nemo and Actix with Layer 3 signaling analysis and root cause analysis Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field Nice to Have Experience with shared RAN, MOCN, DSS, and Carrier Aggregation Multi-vendor RAN environments SQL, Excel, Data Analytics Knowledge of 3GPP standards and radio performance optimization methodologies Responsibilities Lead end-to-end optimization activities for LTE and 5G networks Analyze network KPIs and identify performance degradation trends Perform advanced troubleshooting using OSS counters, Layer 3 logs, PCAP traces, and drive-test data Optimize accessibility, retainability, mobility, throughput, and quality KPIs Conduct parameter audits and recommend feature activations Support VoLTE and VoNR optimization initiatives Provide customer-facing technical leadership and performance reporting
