Rate of pay per April 10, 2026 Wage Schedule $45.15 to $56.03 About the role: The Occupational Therapist works independently and as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary rehabilitation team, and may be providing a full range of occupational therapy services across inpatient, outpatient, residential, and community settings. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. • Implement therapy programs to promote functional independence and optimal health outcomes. • Provide consultation, education, and support to clients and their caregivers.



• Prescribe and recommend appropriate equipment to enhance daily living. • Participate in program planning, quality assurance initiatives, research, and departmental meetings. • Offer guidance and work direction to rehabilitation assistants regarding transfer of function.
