Some of the exciting roles we are looking to fill include: · Stage Front Security · Roaming Patrols (Crowd Monitors) · Backstage and Loading Bay Security · Access Control (wristbands/ticketing support) · Performer Escort Security · Traffic & Parking Control · Team Leader What You Will Do · Provide outstanding customer service with a professional presence. · Monitor crowds and respond quickly to disturbances or unsafe conditions. · Support VIPs, performers, and event staff with secure escorts. · Assist with lost children, medical emergencies, and ejections when required. · Complete detailed and accurate incident reports as needed. · Maintain strong communication via radio and follow supervisor instructions. · Work in a quick-paced, high-energy environment where no two events are the same! · Enjoy interacting with the public and providing friendly, professional service. · Have strong communication and problem-solving skills. · Can remain calm and think clearly under pressure. · Are a team player who thrives in high-energy, changing environments. · Hold a valid Manitoba Security Guard License (or are willing to obtain). · Have First Aid/CPR certification (preferred, or willing to obtain). · Are 18 years of age or older and legally eligible to work in Canada .

Ability to legally work in Canada Nice to Have: · Previous event or crowd management experience. · De-escalation training (MOAB or equivalent). · Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. · Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
