Job description: Join a rapidly growing Quebec-based company specializing in underground infrastructure and trenchless rehabilitation.

The Senior Infrastructure Estimator will take ownership of the company’s estimating activities and work directly with the President to ensure a smooth transition and optimize existing processes.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare estimates and bids for civil engineering projects.

Review plans, specifications, and tender documents.

Take ownership of and optimize the existing estimating system, primarily Excel-based.

Improve estimating methods and processes.

Work closely with the President and the team.

Skills and qualifications: 8–10 years of experience in civil construction estimating.

Experience with watermain, municipal infrastructure, or underground networks.

Robust Excel skills.

Highly autonomous, resourceful, and able to become operational quickly.

Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive.
