Key Responsibilities:



• Manage daily payroll administration and compliance across multiple countries • Oversee employee advantages and retirement plan administration • Ensure accurate payroll processing with backup coverage • Collaborate with Finance for reconciliations and reporting • Develop key People & Culture metrics and dashboards

Requirements: • 7+ years in Payroll and People Operations, 3+ years in a lead role • Experience with Canada and USA payroll systems • Leadership in managing payroll audits and reconciliations • Expertise in HiBob or comparable HRIS systems • Proficiency in data analytics and spreadsheet management
