Project Coordinator – Commercial Construction Location: South Shore of Montreal Job Type: Permanent – Full time Work Mode: On-site Salary : $70,000 to $80,000, depending on experience Are you an organized and meticulous person who enjoys keeping track of multiple files at once? We are recruiting for a company specialized in commercial construction and interior design, which wishes to add a person to its team to support project managers in their administrative tasks and daily file follow-ups.

The goal is simple: to allow project managers to focus on managing and executing the work while you ensure that documents, information, and follow-ups are well organized.

Your daily tasks Provide administrative support to project managers for several ongoing files.

Open project files and ensure their updates throughout the work.

Prepare, manage, and follow up on purchase orders.

Provide support for billing and follow-up on administrative documents related to projects.

Organize, classify, and keep project documents up to date.

Follow up and remind suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

Ensure follow-up on requests, deadlines, and pending items.

Facilitate the flow of information between project managers and various stakeholders.

The desired profile You have experience in administration or project coordination support, ideally in the construction field.

You understand the general functioning of a construction project and its various stages.

You are very comfortable with computer tools and document management.





You can manage multiple requests simultaneously without losing track.

You demonstrate rigor, autonomy, and a good sense of priorities.

You enjoy working in a team and communicate easily with different stakeholders.

Important assets Knowledge of contract terminations, receipts, and payment holds in construction.

Experience in project administration with a general contractor.

Knowledge of commercial construction and interior design.

Training in administration, construction, architecture, or interior design.
