Our client is looking MDM Mass Migration Project Support to provide mass mobile device support - 6 months contract to start, likely will renew, fully on site in Burnaby, 37.5 hrs per week Must Have Demonstrated proficiency in operating, configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting Android and Apple (iOS/iPadOS) mobile devices and tablets.

Experience diagnosing and resolving mobile device hardware, software, connectivity, and application-related issues.

Proficiency in Microsoft Share

Point, including document management, permissions administration, collaboration features, and end-user support.

Experience supporting Microsoft applications and services in an enterprise setting.

Nice to Have Experience administering and supporting Microsoft Intune Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) solutions.

Knowledge of mobile security, compliance controls, conditional access, and device lifecycle management.

Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory). ITIL Foundation certification or experience working within an IT service management framework.

Candidates with experience using Service

Now would be preferred.
