Role Responsibilities The Platforms branch is looking for a Delivery Manager.

Reporting to the Director, Platforms Operations, the Delivery Manager oversees the onboarding, change management, and business relationship management aspects of Platforms products.

This position supports the branch’s vision of 'government-as-a-platform' by ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and communication, robust multi-channel user support, and effective operational practices are in place and kept up to date.

The responsibilities of this role include: • Leading onboarding and change management programs for high-impact digital services and enterprise platforms. • Fostering trusted stakeholder partnerships to support service adoption, risk management, and operational excellence. • Driving continuous service improvements through data-informed analysis, user feedback, and performance monitoring. • Overseeing release readiness, user acceptance testing,



and issue resolution to ensure successful product delivery. • Advancing responsible AI and automation initiatives to improve client experience and operational efficiency. • Developing and managing performance reporting frameworks, KPIs, and service standards to support informed decision-making and product roadmap priorities. • Providing strategic leadership, coaching, and direction to teams while aligning operations with organizational objectives and government priorities.
