Job description: We are seeking an automation engineer to lead projects focused on improving, modifying, and automating manufacturing equipment, including the implementation of recent FANUC robotic systems.

The candidate will play a key role in optimizing the performance, reliability, and safety of operations.

Main Responsibilities: Plan and manage automation and robotics projects, from design through commissioning.

Participate in the integration, programming, and optimization of PLCs, HMIs, FANUC robots, and automated equipment.

Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams, as well as suppliers.

Analyze technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and propose sustainable solutions.

Prepare and maintain technical project documentation.





Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement and standardization.

Skills and qualifications: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, automation, mechatronics, or a related field.

Member of the OIQ.

At least 5 years of experience in industrial automation or technical project management.

Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, FANUC robotics, and industrial networks.

Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

Ability to work independently, leadership skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Bilingualism in French and English required.
