Job Description The Construction Manager is responsible for providing overall leadership and direction to the construction divisions, providing support to the field staff and career mentorship.
They are accountable for the overall planning, scheduling, quality, project execution and logistics associated with the field construction operations.
Qualifications Completion of University or College degree in applicable field 10+ years experience in a Management role within the Road Construction Industry NCSO Designation Valid Driver’s License Clean Driver’s Abstract (less than three convictions & less than 7 demerits) Physical Requirements Must have the physical strength, stamina and coordination to complete the assigned duties
