Tasks Perform general maintenance of camp buildings and residences, including minor repairs, light bulb replacement, general upkeep, snow removal, plumbing, ventilation, and more.

Carry out various manual tasks and repairs to keep facilities in good working condition.

Quickly identify issues and implement appropriate solutions.

Perform repair, adjustment, installation, and replacement work as needed.

Use various tools, equipment, and devices required for facility maintenance.

Manage and maintain the camp’s inventory of hardware and maintenance supplies.

Conduct daily equipment inspections and complete required logs and records.

Verify the proper operation of potable water and wastewater treatment systems.

Document completed work and ensure proper follow-up on maintenance activities.

Collaborate with various stakeholders when specialized work is required.

Perform any other duties related to camp maintenance.

Job requirements High school diploma (DES) or vocational training in a relevant field. 2 to 3 years of experience in maintenance, building upkeep, construction, or a related hands-on trade.

Hands-on experience using tools and equipment.

Comfortable performing a variety of manual tasks and repairs.

Ability to lift heavy loads when required.

Valid Class 5 driver's license. ASP Construction certification or willingness to obtain it, depending on job requirements.
