What you’ll do: The successful candidate is responsible for delivering excellent customer experiences in alignment with Boundary Co-op’s guiding statements; merchandising and displaying product; and maintaining department cleanliness and housekeeping standards.

Core duties will include, but are not limited to: Operating a cash register and point of sale system, and assist with daily cash audits when necessary.

Performing all duties associated with inventory stocking, including receiving and assisting with inventory counts when required.

May participate in ordering product.

Mix paint as required and make product recommendations.

Maintaining shelf and display stock and organizing all goods intended for sale to meet established standards.

Who you are: You are looking for an opportunity to work in Customer Service and: You have excellent customer service skills, communication skills and the ability to problem solve.

Highly motivated and have the ability to multi-task.

Must be available to work a variety of shifts including days and Saturdays.

Manual/heavy labour (up to 50lbs) on a repetitive and regular basis.





Previous lumber/hardware experience would be an asset but is not required.
