Our performing arts client is seeking a Senior (Bilingual) IM/IT Advisor (Enterprise Systems) to lead Enterprise Infrastructure modernization using Microsoft , and hybrid cloud operations Join a bilingual organization supporting large-scale infrastructure modernization.

Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Systems, the Senior IM/IT Advisor will lead the design, modernization, and reliable operation of the organization's IT infrastructure, carrying out the development, implementation, integration, and maintenance of server and cloud services; connectivity between local and remote sites; IT asset lifecycle management; service management; application and infrastructure integrity; capacity and performance planning; and the rollout of enterprise software and cloud-based systems and services.

Permanent Ottawa onsite Must Haves Bilingualism in English and French 8 years in IT infrastructure including senior advisory, architecture design or team lead responsibilities Microsoft design, deployment, configuration,



and administration within hybrid cloud environments and identity management VMware vSphere , Microsoft Hyper-V , LAN/WAN , VPN , and firewall management Commvault or equivalent platforms supporting backup and disaster recovery solutions Post-secondary degree or equivalent in technology, IM/IT, computing, or related field Nice to Have Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, VMware VCP, Cisco CCNP/CCIE, ITIL, or CCSP/CISM/CISSP certifications Public sector or performing arts organization experience Responsibilities Lead the design, modernization, and operation of enterprise IT infrastructure services Design, configure, and administer Microsoft services Oversee infrastructure monitoring, performance optimization, and issue resolution Develop and maintain technical standards, operating procedures, and documentation Participate in modernization, cloud, and digital transformation initiatives Evaluate enterprise solutions, system architectures, and infrastructure integrations
